Welcome to the Holy Land! After arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport, you will be met by our transfer representative and start our first day visiting the Church of St George in Lod, which was built in the place where the saint was buried after been martyred. You will then proceed to the Church of St Peter in Jaffa and continue your drive to the Stella Maris Monastery, a 19th century Carmelite monastery for monks. You will end your day visiting the Baha’i Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site. These gardens, located in the heart of Haifa, comprise a staircase of nineteen terraces extending all the way up the northern slope of Mount Carmel. At the end of the day, you head to your hotel in Nazareth for dinner and rest.

Following a delicious buffet breakfast, you will meet the group and depart Nazareth to visit Cana of Galilee and the Church of The First Miracle. There you will have the opportunity to taste the Cana Wedding Wine and spot many wedding ceremonies. Visit the Church of St Anne, a beautiful 12th-century Crusader church, erected over the traditional site of the birthplace of Anne (Hannah), the mother of Mary. You will drive south to Nazareth and visit the Church of the Annunciation, where it is believed that the archangel Gabriel told young Mary that she would become the mother of the Son of God. You will continue to the Church of St Joseph and proceed to Mount Tabor, where the transfiguration of Jesus took place. Before returning to your hotel in Nazareth, you will go to the Coptic Church of the Annunciation, built in 1952, for a short visit.

Good morning! After breakfast, you will depart to Tiberias to visit the Mount of Beatitudes, site of The Sermon on the Mount. You will then proceed to Tabgha, where the miracle of the loaves and fishes took place and visit the Church of the Primacy of St Peter. After a short drive from Tabgha, you will visit Peter’s house in Capernaum, site of the remains of the ancient synagogue where Jesus preached. Then, a delightful boat ride takes place on the Sea of Galilee, recalling how Jesus calmed the water. In the afternoon, you will visit the Jordan River, where we will renew the sacrament of Baptism. Don’t forget to pack your flip-flops, towel and swimwear! Drive to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

Your day begins with a holy mass at the St Mary Coptic Orthodox Convent and Church in Bethlehem. You will then visit the Church of the Nativity, birthplace of the Jesus. A short walk will lead you to Milk Grotto, where the holy family took shelter during the Slaughter of the Innocents before heading to Egypt. Tradition has it that while Mary was nursing Jesus, a drop of milk fell to the ground, turning it white. You will visit the Shepherds’ Field in Beit Sahour and proceed to Hebron, where you will see the Cave of Machpelah, the Tombs of Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Rebecca, Jacob and Leah. In the Russian Mission Compound, you will visit the Oak of Abraham. Then you will go to Beit Jala, where you will visit the Church and the Grotto of St Nicholas, which is believed to be the place where St Nicholas spent part of his life as a hermit to worship in proximity to the place of Jesus’ birth. We then drive you back to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner.

After breakfast, you will head to Kidron Valley, an ancient village of the Jerusalem District. You will spend some time in Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist, who announced the coming of Jesus Christ. The Church of the Visitation honors the visit paid by Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus, to Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist. This is the site where tradition tells us that Mary recited her song of praise, the ‘Magnificat’, one of the most ancient Marian hymns. Ein Karem has lovely coffee and ice cream shops with a breathtaking view of the valley. We will drive you back to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

Drive to ancient city of Jericho, reputed to be the oldest town on Earth. It is believed that the Israelites supposedly brought down its walls with a great shout and trumpet blasts. Here Jesus healed Bartimaeus, the blind beggar, and dined with Zacchaeus, the rich tax collector. We will drive you to the Mount of Temptation and you will be amused by the view from the cable car. You will visit Elisha's Fountain then drive via the Judaean Desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, and have an unforgettable experience in its waters renowned for its minerals and healing powers. A beautiful new road will take you south along the shores of the Dead Sea to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. On your return, you will visit Bethany, the home of Mary, Martha and Lazarus, whom Jesus raised from the dead. Lastly, you will visit the Tomb of Lazarus and return to your hotel in Bethlehem.

You will start the day with a holy mass at the Tomb of Virgin Mary, one of the most beautiful churches in the Holy Land. You will drive to Bethphage, which is remembered as the starting point of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem on the day we now commemorate as Palm Sunday. You will head to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. You will then visit the Chapel of the Ascension, the Church of Pater Noster, site where Christ taught the Lord’s Prayer to His disciples. On walls around the church and its vaulted cloister, translations of the Lord’s Prayer in 140 languages are inscribed on colorful ceramic plaques. You will visit the Russian Orthodox Church of St Mary Magdalene, walk along the Palm Sunday Road and contemplate the Church of All Nations which stands on the Rock of Agony, where Jesus was betrayed by Judas.

You will start this morning with a visit to Mount Zion, where you will visit the room of the Last Supper, where Jesus shared with His apostles the final meal, and the Tomb of King David. You will then proceed to the Church of Dormition, location identified in Christian tradition as the place where Virgin Mary died — or “fell asleep”, as its name suggests. Your last stop is at one of the most striking churches in Jerusalem, the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu, where Jesus was brought to jail after His arrest. Its name (Gallicantu, means the cock's crow) is given after the story of Peter's triple denial of Christ and the cock crowing twice.

You will start your day with a holy mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. You will walk through the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified, died and rose from death. You will visit all the four quarters in Old Jerusalem – the Jewish Quarter, the Armenian Quarter, the Christian Quarter, and the Muslim Quarter and the City Gate. This is a good opportunity to have some local pomegranate juice and bagels with za’atar (local spices). You will return to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

You will start the day praying at the holy mass at the Tomb of Jesus. This is the time to light up candles and pray for your beloved ones. You will spend some time at the Holy Sepulchre, exploring the church. You can also visit the Ethiopian Patriarchate, right next to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and meet the Coptic priests at the Coptic Patriarchate nearby. You will proceed to the New Part of Jerusalem and visit the Knesset – Israeli Parliament and the governmental buildings. You will then return to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and rest.

After breakfast, you will meet the group for your last day at the Holy Land. Your day will be spent at the Old City of Jerusalem visiting the Western Wall and the David Tower, also known as the Jerusalem Citadel, an ancient citadel located near the Jaffa Gate. You will visit the city of King David, the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque. You will continue the tour at the Siloam Tunnel, also known as Hezekiah's Tunnel, which is a water tunnel that was carved underneath the City of David in Jerusalem in ancient times. You will end your day visiting the Church of St Anne and the Bethesda Pools, where Jesus heals the paralytic, one of His great miracles.
